Das F-One Alu Mast Pack passt auf alle Carbon Foils zum Wingfoilen sowie zum Kitefoilen von F-One.

Für die FCT Foils von F-One wird kein Mastfuss benötigt.

Es besteht aus: Top Plate, Mast und Titan Mastfuss

• Für beste Performance hat der Alu Mast eine Profildicke von 16mm

Top Plate

The F-ONE aluminum mast can be connected to the board with several options.
Choose from a 4-bolt top plate, a standard Tuttle head, a KF or a DKF head.

All versions are fastened to the mast through a sleeve and a two-bolt system.
The Mast Top parts are machined out of solid blocks of 6061 aluminum.
It’s accuracy of the CNC makes sure the geometry of the connection is perfect.
Stainless steel inserts are used systematically to preserve the durability of the fastening connections.

The Top Plate has become standard on the market and is compatible with any board featuring a Twin-Tracks system.
We use for the four screws a spacing of 160×90 mm, but our latest version also features an option for 165×90 mm.

Alu Mast

The F-ONE aluminum mast can be used for all disciplines: kite, surf foil, wing foil, SUP foil and windfoil.
The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminum block.

The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kite foiling to provide the best gliding feel.
This while keeping the strength up and the weight down.
It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular.

The aluminum mast can be used on every foil of the range, and it is very easy to jump from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 cm).

A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).

Titan Mastfuss

The TITAN mast foot is the connecting part that makes the F-ONE aluminum masts compatible with all TITAN fuselages and wings.
It is made of superior-grade aluminum 6061, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized.

To install the TITAN mast foot, it should be inserted into the bottom end of the aluminum mast and fastened with two M6x25mm tapered head screws.

Produced from an extrusion process, our aluminum profiles make the most of this homogeneous material to provide perfect stiffness both in torsion and bending.
All areas in contact with other metals or carbon parts are duly isolated against galvanic reactions.

Machining blocks of aluminum 6061 guarantees the maximum accuracy and preserves the mechanical properties of this higher grade of aluminum.
All parts are fully anodized and stainless-steel inserts are fitted with insulating gel when fastening is required.
